I spoke with Kristen at Petals Inc today, about a floral arrangement for my aunt, that an online flowers company had goofed up.
Kristen was very polite and professional to work with. She had a beautiful arrangement made up immediately and made sure that it was delivered the same afternoon, just as they were about to close for the day.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support given me by Kristen and her company, and I will call them first for future floral orders in the area!

This establishment is BY FAR the most professional flower buisness in the state of Massachusetts.....probably the whole northeast. The crew that puts the arrangements together for an OUTSTANDING job. They make arrangements for all kinds of events and specializing in weddings. If your getting married, you'd be a fool to NOT use this establishment for your flowers! What an amazing place!
I found Petals, Inc on the knot website when researching florists local to our venue area. We first met with Cindy back in the fall of 2018 and we booked her that very day!
Cindy and the team at Petals is very professional, honest and competitively priced. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021 and Cindy was very understanding and supportive. It was no issue with her to move our date.
Yesterday (8.8.21) we were finally able to have our wedding celebration and our flowers from petals were stunning! We ordered an arrangement for our driftwood arch and all the bridal bouquets and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The colors and flowers Cindy used were perfect for our event. She listened to everything we wanted and ultimately completely delivered.
The team delivered everything to our venue and set up the driftwood arch with the flower arrangement and the fabric I brought from home.
Overall, I would highly recommend Petals for any event!

Petals was one of my favorite vendors to work with for my wedding! Cyndi was so knowledgeable about different flower types and was able to translate my thoughts and ideas into perfect flower arrangements. She knew our venue well and was able to tell us what would look good and what may not be a necessary addition (which saved us money!). Her ideas for reusing ceremony florals to decorate the reception were awesome and helped us get the most out of each arrangement! She was incredibly responsive and even rushed to help us come up with a backup plan for our outdoor ceremony when the forecast was showing rain. Prices are so reasonable and everything came out beautifully! I cannot recommend Petals enough!
