Pizza Hut

Well the food was good. The manager was very snarly. I ordered pizza and wings. Everyone gets crushed red pepper and ranch for the wings. Charges on everything. I did not pay for the Extra items.so I did not enjoy my pizza and my wings as well. The manager was rude when I called to complain she was very condescending

If I could have put no stars that would be what I would rate this Pizza Hut. I will never give them my business again. Had a contactless curbside set up but they refused to answer the phone and after 20 minutes of being on hold I walked into the store and told the person working at the counter that I had been on hold for 20 minutes and she said “ Well I’m busy I don’t have time to answer any phone calls”. I told her the manager needed to do better then and she told me she she was the manager! So I told her to do better! She then proceeded to yell at me telling me how rude I was being. Terrible customer service!! Terrible management. Terrible service!!

The order was incorrect. The was no flavor on either crust and bacon was missing from one of the pizzas. When I called to have the correct pizzas sent out and the mistake pizzas picked up they told me it would be awhile because they were busy. I said no problem. They never sent the correct pizzas out. When I called back for a second time they told me to call in the morning and talk with a manager. That they would fully refund me the cost of the pizzas. So the issue is still not resolved.
