A year ago i gave this mcdonalds a 5 star rating but now i give it a 1 because i ordered 2 apple pies and they both came old, cold, and one of them had a bite in them. The fries i received were also cold.

Well it didn't suck. Watching the employees fumble was pretty funny. When I first roll up to the window the woman was like "You ordered the Big Mac, large fry and 20 piece nugget?" Wow! Not even close! I had literally only ordered a large milkshake and two large Dr. Peppers. Pretty simple right!? Wrong. A person (who is obviously the new person) handed me my chocolate milkshake. Then said to me "Your two large fries are coming right up!" Wait... What!?! Literally just told her I ordered a large milkshake and two large Dr. Peppers. So I corrected her again and she got it right. I'm going to hook this review up with a 3-star rating. Even though at times it was painful to watch it was pretty funny.

This McDonald's is hit-or-miss whether the food is warm, cold, missing items, Etc. The drive-thru line can be long and the workers are slow or there's no wait and the workers are doing their job properly. I don't particularly like going to this one but sometimes it's closest to me.

Their number 1 always makes me go number 2, but it tastes so good, I eat it anyways. That should tell you something about the magnificence of some of their menu items.

Picked up big Mac at drive thru. Burger was in box and one of the meat was loose in the bag. Plus didn't give me any sauce I did ask for.

Has to have been the worst Macdonalds I have ever been to. After waiting 10 min. In line for 5 people in front of me, i get my food with my drinks not close to being full.. When I asked why the drinks were not full I was told that is how they come. I payed cash and was not offered a receipt. They really need to get help in there or at least train people correctly.

Where do I even start?
Soda was flat and had no ice, nuggets over cooked and cold, McFlurry- paid for both M&m and Oreos it was basically vanilla ice cream lastly the fries old and ice cold.
On top of that the line was so long so I went to go in with my family the floor was so dirty and slippery I almost fell on my face.
Will not be returning it was a waste of time and money.

Asked for no pickles, mustard and no ketchup on my double cheese burgers and no st on the large fry. That’s how they came! The fries were made PERFECTLY! Not soft and soggy or crunchy and burnt. Golden yellow god they are perfect!! Remember to always check the deals on the McDonald’s app I got a free double cheese burg for buying 1. Saved $2.05. Only complaint is the drive thru line was about 9 cars and it took 15 minutes to get the the pickup window. But, we don’t k or if they were down an employee or two. So judgment can’t be passed just on that. Only if that’s a consistent problem at that location than it’s be safe to say they aren’t being trained properly or supervisor isn’t supervising. Positive reinforcement is the most important aspect in running any business.
