I guess because it was “ free donuts” today they give you whatever they feel like. My husband ordered a hot coffee and a Boston cream pie donut and he got a vanilla frosted with sprinkles! It was also stale. I understand work shortages & applaud all who work ( particularly dealing with the public) but this? Just say sorry we’re out of them can I get you something else. Sometimes people just don’t care.

A young boy working said the floors were wet and couldn’t make my coffee I come here before going to work and I never ever heard this before in my life I worked for this Dunkin and others and honey dew and never heard such a lie in my life if I was manger I would fire him just for lack of customer care

Ever since my last bad experience, things have been a bit better here. I primarily order the same thing everytime I come here. Cold brew with less ice and 4 sugars and 3 creams. Their service are getting better. Usually coming here I hear some of the workers would constantly bad mouth customers as I understand their frustration. I do believe it's very unprofessional for me as a customer to hear. Although I give no problems it makes me wonder what they think about me being a frequent customer.

I go to my local Dunkin daily(guilty pleasure). I usually have the same staff member at the drive-thru and I order the same thing everyday. However,sometimes they make it wrong and it gets me sooooooo sad. Dunkin I love you so don't mess this relationship up.
