Not friendly, incompetent service. We ordered one item. She took the money and gave our change and then left the window. About five minutes later a different person came to the window with two bags of food, when we said it wasn't ours she looked surprised turned to the girl who had followed her who had helped us and said you didn't get their item yet? And then the new girl went and got what we ordered ready in seconds....no apology for the other girl. No checking to see if that was it. Not even a goodbye, just shut the window. Absolutely the worst service we've received at any fast food place. 10/10 never going back.

Great service! In my opinion Wendy's has the best burgers for a fast food place but the service is usually slow. This location however is excellent. Quick and friendly service!

Was served a strawberry frosty and was told "oh they're coming out like milk shakes right now its not frozen yet" but was served complete liquid. Basically strawberry milk. Should have told me at the speaker so that I could have said nevermind to it. Also served cold rock hard nuggets & stale fries. This location is normally a hit or miss but definitely missed today.

Let me just say they are the worst the line is always a half hour to an hour long. When you order your food you can clearly hear employees playing around. Got here at 1:30am it’s clearly 2:27am and we’re still in light waiting

I have actually been to this location twice: The customer service was wonderful, each time and the food was sufficient for what I needed. No major bells and whistles.

Next time, I am just going to ask for chives and no sour cream then maybe MAYBE I will get sour cream with NO CHIVES. 🤬

Ughhh- asked for a fish sandwich w no cheese or sauce. It was thrust at us,w/out our change. It had all the things I asked to be left off , AND it was old. Took it back at lunchtime next day and they were so gracious and made it fresh,perfectly and gave me fries!!! Happy ending, but I went to bed hungry nite before. ;(

The staff were rude, argumentative, and didn't even know what came on the sandwich I ordered thru the app and then went thru drive thru to pick up. No Mgr to be found! Horrible experience. But i love Wendy's! Just not this experience, at this location, at this time!
