Coffee roasters. Bakery. Cakes. Bagels. Sunflowers. And pure AMAZINGNESS. Thanks what Sunflower Bakery is. They’re your local mom and shop stop where they know you by name (especially my hubby Justin). This little gem is in the heart of Pawling and it’s such a quaint little captivating spot that it will quickly steal your heart. The theme? You guessed it. My favorite flower! It lives by it and it also shines like it. During covid they’ve created an amazing outdoor space that is just so adorable and perfect to safely drink your cup of coffee. Ok. Also. Mind you, they roast their own beans and create their own blends. Most importantly, dark roast is always available! All sorts of bagel flavors are available my favorite being the everything and jalapeño. Different bakery items are available, our personal favorite being the chocolate chip muffin which is HUGE. They make custom cakes and cupcakes but they will almost always have vanilla cupcakes available if you have any last minute needs. This bakery is everything and most importantly family operated where their customers also become family. Give them some love and try our favorite combo: everything bagel toasted with cream cheese sliced in half with a chocolate chip muffin and a black dark roast hot coffee. Perfection.

Amazing bakery. I love their millionaire's shortbread, eclairs, cream puffs and cookies. Their morning glory muffin is outstanding. Their lunches - particularly the grilled cheese sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich with fries - are consistently great. Highly recommend Sunflour Bakery - you won't be disappointed.
