As you enter this wonderfully intimate restaurant, you are greeted by three lockers of dry aging meat. Two full of beautiful ribeyes, making their way to 45 days, and one filled with salmon, being dry, aged as well. Melissa was a fantastic server as we ate at the bar. This is our second time dining
