Pita House

I have been coming to the pita house for almost 20 years and every meal has been a winner. The whole dinning experience never disappoints. The food is fresh, well prepared and presented just right. Tue service is wonderful and if you get lucky the owner will sit and chat a while. We not only eat at the restaurant they have catered several affairs for us!! A delight all around!

My family and myself have been coming to the pita house for years now! We absolutely love it! The food is outstanding! The service has always been top notch. The owner has been always friendly and kind to our family, even sitting and being a part of my mother’s birthday party we held there. Well worth it!

Visited Pita House again and got a taste of their manti – those delightful Turkish dumplings stuffed with lamb. Absolute winners! We also tried the specials: the lamb shank and stuffed eggplant. That eggplant? Creamiest I’ve ever had. And the lamb shank? Pure melt-in-your-mouth magic. What I truly appreciate is their consistent quality over the years. If you’re after authentic Turkish flavors and top-notch dishes, this is the spot! We have been coming here for over 10 years and not once have we ever been disappointed. They keep stepping up their menu too. We are lucky to have a slice of Turkey on Long Island.

I placed a catering order with Pita House . This is my go to place for a nice change up then Italian . The catering platters were amazing . I had a party of 15 people and had plenty of food . The price of my package was a good deal . The quality was awesome! My guest were very happy ! Thank you for everything, Pita House. Thank you Joff for everything!

Beautiful restaurant. It’s so welcoming and lovely, the waiters are extremely kind and the food is extremely delicious and beautifully presented and prepared. What a fantastic place, very happy I can here. It’s very homey and cozy, a very good and nice atmosphere. Staff is kind and lovable. I definitely recommend coming here.

Damn good soup! Not that I normally get excited over soup.But on a raw, dreary day away from home Pita House was an awesome find. The Turkey Orzo soup, simple as it sounds, was banging with the flavors of Turkish spice and tender turkey. My daughter & I split the Zucchini Fritters appetizer. I think they put it in the wrong category as it was entree-sized. Three shredded zucchini patties, breaded, fried and covered with warm yogurt and tomato sauces: it was the best thing I've eaten in a while! The fritters also stuffed us. Had to take our Greek Salad and Lamb Adana gyro (huge) to go. They made great snacks later on. Service was great - friendliest people in the area. They walk you through the Turkish menu, happy to get others acquainted with their delicious cuisine
