Our waitress was fantastic and recommended the best meals for our table. She had great communication skills and made us aware of all the amenities the barcode had. My first time having Birria ramen was at this place. It was better than anything I’ve seen on Tiktok and tasted fantastic. It didn’t feel like a cheap meal, it had quality ingredients, loads of flavor, and a hearty serving of meat. And the drinks?! Wow. The bartender was fantastic, I felt bad for him because we told the waitress to keep ‘em’ coming. There was 3 purple Hawaiians at one time between two adults. By the way it’s not just the ramen that’s good. Our table ordered three apps, the wings, bao buns and quesadillas. All were devoured and savored in a few minutes. We would play games at our table like uno and eat at the same time. Best brunch spot ever. I wish I remembered the staff’s name but we came at 12:45 PM Sunday, October 22nd and left at around 2:30. I highly recommend everyone to check this place out

Came here with my sister for the Mean Girls Brunch and it was amazing! Avery was our waitress, she was nothing but AMAZING!! Give that woman a raise! Never had a waitress like her, she was actually like a home girl!! The food was fire! Bartenders were phenomenal. Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Definitely will be back!!

So tonight for dinner we went to a place that we had never been to. In the heart of Patchogue we went to a restaurant called standard Rec. It's a restaurant with a very nice bar and a really great vibe. They have video games and bar games spread out throughout the entire place and it was just a really cool place to hang out. We ordered two appetizers. The first was a giant pretzel. It came with mustard and melted cheese sauce. The pretzel was piping hot and I really liked it. We also ordered a thing of nachos which were regular nacho chips and plantain chips mixed together. There was plenty of chicken and it was all fresh white meat. Kenny of course had an order of wings. He said the wings were good and had a decent amount of heat. He liked the buffalo sauce so much he asked for a side for his french fries. My daughter had a regular cheeseburger which is two patties with cheese lettuce tomato. It came with a side of fries. She enjoyed it. My wife had the lettuce wraps under the appetizers for her main meal. They were very good. The only negative is she ask for no scallions and they sprinkled scallions on top. they're easy enough to pick off so it wasn't that big of a deal and the waitress apologized profusely. I ordered a burger that had a fried round of mozzarella cheese in the middle of two burgers and their special sauce. It had a great flavor and was very messy to eat I really enjoyed the. For dessert we ordered a dessert that consisted of vanilla gelato two stuffed churros and candied pumpkin seeds. Thank you for the recommendation Meghan.. we had a blast.
