Be careful ordering from this place. I order and more then 30 mins after I ordered from them they decide to call me to tell me they did not have the ingredients to make my pizza. Then proceeded to tell me I can just cancel my order. I will never be ordering from them again. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I understand it's the holidays. So things might be busier than normal. But man, not only did my food arrive cold. Uber eats told me the order was pick up? When I am 100% positive it was for delivery. Funnily enough? After I canceled my order. They VERY QUICKLY replied to me via text. Asking if I still wanted the food. Poor service. Very poor... they could've texted me earlier to warn me about a delay. Or maybe they just didn't care? Place should def just be removed from the uber eats list. If the service they offered me today? Is something that regularly occurs. Won't be calling them again.

Update! This place decided to get back to me 7 months after my issue and instead of being apologetic about the issue, they wanted to patronize me. This place is garbage food ran by garbage people! Honestly hope they shut down one day! Just got my order. Everything was terrible! The calamari was burnt and looked like they gave me only half the order. The wings were extremely soggy and showed a quality worse than 7-11. The pasta had burnt chunks all over it. You know, when you burn the bottom of the pot for the heat being too high. They just decided to scrape that garbage and mix it with the dish. When I called the restaurant asking for a refund I was told to call Uber eats which they do not have a phone number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS GARBAGE 🗑️ Please note these comments are opportunities for improvement... Take advantage of it.

I just moved to town and I would order from this place all the time since I’ve moved here. I placed an order and they messed it up and of course it was one of the last orders. I called today to ask the man for help all I wanted was for them to at least discount the item I was given incorrectly and I still have the item to give it back to them . The Spanish man who answers the phone said he can’t help me and I asked why , and said it’s not even a big order and he said too bad and to order somewhere else so that he can save time from being on the phone with me. Now when anyone asks me for a good pizzeria around I definitely won’t recommend these people. The lack of customer service and respect is a major sign to stay away .

We are from New York and we move to Jersey about a year-and-a-half ago and for that year-and-a-half we've been trying to find pizza that tastes as close to New York Pizza as we could possibly get and Ricoy Pizza is definitely there. From their crust to their sauce to their cheese pure perfection. Definitely the only pizza place I will order from now on.
