El Mamut

This is the second time I’ve been to the place. My friend and I wanted to order the same sandwich but the waiter kindly recommend a plate. He mentioned you will pay less and it’s basically the same thing your order for a cheaper price. They have two sauces available to add for some more flavor for there food. I recommend the orange one. The green sauce was a tad bit spicier. They also make smoothies and shakes there. My most recent visit was not so pleased with the same sandwich I get. The meat is a bit different where there’s more fat and not as fried as before. The prices went up and I was surprised when. I asked for two more sauces to go to be charged one dollar for the two small sauces which isn’t even filled well.

Love this place! Sandwiches are absolutely fantastic, shakes and smoothies were really good too. Make sure to come hungry, because the food is just as delicious as it is filling. The Chicharron sandwich is a must! We even went all out and got the special with the Morcilla/Rellena (blood sausage) on top! If you’re looking for that Peruvian flavor this is the perfect spot.
