If you go before 10am they are 5 star plus after that go at your own risk!!! The kids that work there after 10am are the worst they are always laughing and giggling while trying to take your order and when you get to the window for the order they don't remember what it was or got it wrong they never seem to have anything that you want to order after 10am and a New one that happened to me today apparently you can't add to your order at the window any more so you have to go inside or go back around to the driveway but the funny thing is if they mess up your order they can take it at the window again doesn't make any sense So to finish if you go before 10am it's 5 star plus anything after that your taking a big Risk

I passed by this location via drive thru and while I was ordering my drinks the girl in the background was not taking me serious. She was laughing, making conversations with the other employees and did not get my order right. Once I got to the window to pay she only got 1 drink correctly, the lattes I asked for2 caramel craze ice latte n received a regular caramel latte. The girl never added my small refreshment drink with the bubba's inside, she said she never heard me asking for that drink and the drink cannot be added to the order because the system was frozen and there's more cars behind me. She never heard my order because she was to busy laughing and making conversations with her coworkers, very rude and unprofessional.

The two skinny girls at the front saw I was waiting for them to take my order and did not even acknowledge me and proceeded to keep talking amongst them. If the manager is reading this those girls deserve to be fired. Once’s I told them to take my order they did it rudely. Will never ever come here again. Pls do not come.
