I can't believe how slow they are and they forget part of your order. Today was a really bad day for them. Once a polish girl showed up things starting moving along. I spoke to the manager about the plants they have these small nats maybe 300 of them inside and like 50 to 100 of them outside. I asked her to remove them from the store they are going to infest the whole store. She just didn't care too the Indian manager.just brushed me off politely.
All food was cold and the bread so soggy and I had to ask them to make it over. I was scared since they might spit in it or do something. I was watching them.
They are def overwhelmed. God bless them for working hard but they need to work better as well. I was there for a while. No one asked for my order or if I am being helped. When the polish blonde girl came in thats when I got Mobile order.
UPDATE: It was removed after 2 weeks. Service continues to be difficult. But their is this new African american lady she seems to really care about everyones order. Very helpful person.

Absolutely the worst BK in the world!!!!!
Charged for the correct meal but I didn’t receive had to drive back after given the wrong meal and charged me an extra $2 dollars
Please let this place close once Taco Bell and Wendy’s open up around the corner
Had a lot of problems with this place they never say sorry, it always our fault because they under staffed and missing ingredients and milkshakes for over 2yrs!
Then they say it my fault!
Please close this place and put a gas station

The only problem is they are short staffed just like every other place so the drive-thru is always long. But its it's convenient and the staff is great.

Terrible servive, the Manager wants to sell you whatever he wants, not what you really wants and aparently the Manager got some hey hearding problems so the company should retire him inmideately for a better Burer King's customer service!!! 😠😡🤬

In Burger King, They take so long literally waited for aboit 10 minutes. Don't even think I should give a 1 star. Highly not recommended.

There are only 2 workers at this time, a man and a lady. The lady working at this time, Maria, has no manners for speaking to customers and is very disrespectful. This is the second time I've encountered her here and her attitude still hasn't changed. Her customer service lacks a lot of effort and she needs to improve or she just shouldn't be working in an area where she encounters others.
I ordered my meal online and when I got to the store to pick it up, they said they never received my order (Attached is my receipt). Once I entered, Maria started yelling at me to leave the store. I was only going in to see if my order was ready. I had protection (mask) and went in because the door was still open. I ordered the "$20 Ultimate Party Bundle" and when I checked the bag I realized that I was missing some food. I attached a picture of my meal. The meal came with 6 sandwiches, I only got 4. This restaurant needs to put more effort into encountering customers and needs to improve their customer service.

This burger king may very well be the very worst in service and staff I have witnessed in all of the fast food places I have ever been too!!! The mess up on orders , the can not speak well and at times the speaker at drive in sounds muzzled ! The fries are severed cold ! And they are to thin !
SODA IS HIGHLY CARBONATED BUT LACKS FLAVOR. NOT MAY MANAGERS NEVER STAT LONG. AND VERY Limited. WENT TO Wendys AND WHITE Castle MORE WORKERS THE B. K. IN PASSAIC !
LAST THE TEND TO THE DRIVE UPS THAT THEY DO WITH THE DINE IN PEOPLE. IF I DINE IN WE SHOULD BE PRIORITY AND NOT THE LAZY ONES !!!!

I Ordered Three Items & Only Recieved 1Item & Was charged Anyway. & I Called Them & Was Told The Manager Wasn't There Until I Had A Complaint & Wanted A Refund Then All Parties Involved Got Amnisha. Still Got Charged 4 one Item & Was Out$12 Dollars.Never Passaic BK.Again.
