Just left there. It was packed. Placed an order, asked about it half hour later and had to place the order all over again. Asked about it again an hour later and its been ready, my bag/order was sitting on the side. I get home and the food is cold. I live 7 min away. Step it up, and get organized. Will never be back

What a shame that this place has decent food and such awful staff. This isn't the 1st time we've had a problem with Maria. Her supervisor is aware and clearly nothing has been done. She is rude and unprofessional. She leaves you on hold for 15 minutes while she jokes around with other staff members. When I drove to the location my husband was still on hold and she was doing nothing. When I asked to speak to the manager she said no one knows the manager. She said it in Spanish " No Se " . When I placed my order and asked if she could at least tell me how long for our food, she went to the back to ask and stayed talking to the cooks. Completely ignored me. When she gave me my daughters food she slammed the food on the counter. I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Clearly she must have forgotten that her name would show on the receipt. I will be taking this up with corporate. I don't understand how they can have someone as rude and unprofessional working with the public. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been going to this place since I was a kid. Even though the chicken pinchos are delicious, they take a long time to make and over the years the price of this tiny tender on a stick goes up up up and the flavor and juiciness goes down. The music is WAY TOO LOUD for the mumblers they have taking the orders. Food is good but the execution is horrible. In my opinion, not worth the hassle trying to find parking.
