Love the variety of interesting and delicious sweet and savory baked goods! We came in each day of our visit to Paso and loved: cookies (classic chocolate chip, chewy ginger, salted peanut butter toffee), ollalaberry scone, egg cups and egg & cheese toasts.

The bakery to go to in Paso! Plus now there is coffee and adorable gifts too (not sure if the Spring Street location has that extra stuff). Haven’t had anything there that I didn’t like.
This time I got the Halloween sprinkle sugar cookie (sorry for the tooth marks I couldn’t wait) and the pink fudge.
I can hardly go downtown without a stop at Just Baked! I used to drive over to the Market Walk location and was super excited when the downtown location opened. I am a fan of everything I've tried, though the olliaberry scones always end up in my hand first! Besides great baked goods, including delectable pastries (sweet and savory), and tasty cookies, bars, and cake they also have the cutest seasonal decor items as well as some fun things like cards and decals. But it's the sweet stuff that gets most of my attention!!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Just Baked at a recent wedding of mine. It was about 100 degrees and Just Baked went above and beyond to ensure their desserts were perfect. That included coming to the wedding venue three times! Once to drop of display items, once to drop off and set up desserts and once to pick up display items. Oh, and don’t let me fail to mention, that when they came to deliver the desserts it was 8:00pm. And so the winery gate was closed and there is zero cell coverage. 😱🤦🏼♀️ Just Baked jumped the gate, yes, you read correctly, and ran almost two miles until they found an intercom and was able to call the site manager. I’ll repeat, they jumped a full sized gate and ran 2 miles to get us the desserts!!! 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️
All that, and they still managed to deliver within minutes of the scheduled delivery time! Overly impressed does not begin to describe my feedback. But here is the best... The Monday after the wedding, I asked our bride, Ally, if there was anything she would have done differently. Her only regret, was that she and her Groom did not get a cupcake! (Don’t worry, I saved the entire top tier of the wedding cake for them.) Normally I pack up quite a few leftover desserts. Not this time. Every single cupcake was devoured by our guests. (And trust me, there were plenty ordered for our guest count.) They just loved them that much!
Just Baked, thank you so much for your delicious desserts, your track star attitude, all of your communication this last year and most of all your flexibility and willingness to roll with the punches. -

Stopped by after zip lining and I had to try the famous chocolate chip cookie with toffee. It did not disappoint, I loved it! My wife bought a gluten free brownie and she said it was incredibly delicious. If we pass by again we will be buying more.
The best cupcakes in town! I also love coming for a quick breakfast. I had the jalapeño scone today and it was hands down the best scone I’ve ever had. It was delicious!
I’ll be back soon to try their biscuits and gravy.
This bakery is everything a bakery should be. You can smell the deliciousness walking down the street...when you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest girls that are so helpful when it comes to choosing what to get. (and believe me, you will want one of everything) Thier holiday pies are like no other...the caramel apple pie is my favorite. Their flagship cookie is a must have...with chocolate chips and toffee, mmmmm. Be sure to follow them on Instagram to keep up with the latest creations. You will not be disappointed.
Just picked up a beautiful mermaid cake for daughters 4th birthday party. Highly recommended. This cake is an exquisite piece of artistry and I’ll bet it’s quite tasty to boot.
I’m very picky about my sweets. There’s only one other bakery in the entire county I will go to. This place has absolutely amazing everything!
