Blast & Brew

I had Lacey as my main waitress. She made my visit worthwhile. Food was good but not GREAT. Feel like it took a little bit too long to be seen & acknowledged but once I was seen not too bad. She’s just a homey girl to make recommendations while staying very busy. Felt like a friend u run into at a diner after a long night. If u get Lacey you are lucky . Or any coworker u see Lacey be nice with. Coz that means they must me cool 😎

Casual open space with great staff and good food. Enjoyed one of their burgers and myself and my buddy used their RFID card tap wall. They have a great variety of drinks on the tap wall, not just 16 IPA's, and the food seemed to have just as much variety. I've heard good things about the pizzas and the table near ours had some great looking nachos. Was easy to find parking even on a Saturday on the streets nearby.

The Beer taps had a few issues, and a bunch weren't in operation, so that kinda sucked. They had some OK options, but in a city like Paso Robles there are so many good breweries I would expect them to be able to fill their taps. Our food was great though, so we'd give them a 2nd chance. Service was good too.

Excellent restaurant with very good food and service. Many taps with choices for various types of beers and wines charged by the ounce. Many of them are produced locally. Relaxing atmosphere. We had lunch of an Italian pizza and sweet potato fries with drinks for about $50 with tip. Parking in many places with a ticket machine and two hours of free parking which was very convenient.

Delicious food! Loved the crispy chicken sandwich with garlic fries and the Brussel sprouts appetizer! They were ccommodating to food allergies. Even kid friendly. I loved the serve-yourself beer and wine by the ounce, which was great to try the locals. Fast and friendly service! Would go back again if I ever make it over that way again. We had a blast!!

Very nice restaurant for a casual night! The location is well designed and eating there is nice. There is a self serving beer station with numerous beers local and imported. The system works with a provided card and you pay as you pour. Nice! Most IPA at the time of my visit. The food is delicious if you're in burger mood. Our waitress was extremely kind. Recommended

Really good food with a great selection of drinks! The tap wall allows you to walk up and scan your card to our whatever drink you desire… as little or as much as will fit in your glass! Nice open area with a good sized patio. The staff was very friendly and fast, and the food came out hot and quick!!

Visited 29 July 2022 We planned on going to another restaurant right across the street but apparently they were booked from all the people visiting for the fair. No big deal. Blast & Brew had a wings and wine special that day (Wednesday) so we took advantage of that. We were seated indoors pretty quickly upon entering. Our server, Brenn provided us with the wine/beer card then took our orders. We all got wings. Since this is a "choose your own adventure" type of restaurant with regard to the beers and wines, we each went to the wall to select our drinks using the cards we were provided. The beer wall is stocked with numerous local and domestic craft beers and local wines. I don't remember if anything was imported. What's cool about the wall is each beer or wine gives you a brief description and you can taste something that piques your interest before committing to it. Once we were done deciding on our drinks, we headed back to our table. Shortly after we sat down with our drinks, our wings arrived. I got a split of garlic and hot wings. All the wings were fairly big but they were cooked just right. They were all nice and crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside, just how I like it. But, of the two flavours, I preferred the garlic, especially the garlic shreds that were added to the top. This was my second visit here and I would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
