Everything is done with immaculate detail and care. The food is fresh, local, and tasty. The flavor combinations are refreshing and always delicious. I've tried several things and all are great! Every loaf of bread is truly fresh and local, even every egg is carefully selected. Thank you Evan and Andrea for being far from mainstream and being amazing food people!

Everything was delicious we tried the watermelon sangria, passion fruit mimosa, quiche, baked french toast, and breakfast panini. Dog friendly! Staff was great!
Bit of a wait for breakfast, wish we would have known you could make reservations ahead of time. Also would have liked the syrup to come on the side instead of poured on the bottom of the plate. Flys were a bit annoying outside.

My family and I went back to back days for brunch on our last visit to Paso Robles and if we had stayed longer we would have gone again! We had to go at least twice though, once fo the specials and once for the menu. Every dish we had was delicious. The portions can be big and the pricing was fair.
It's a cozy little restaurant in a perfect location (right off of the Downtown Square). The place was always clean and the wait staff was always attentive. They are all very friendly. We had conversations ranging from the how the food is prepared to how we can get Andrea to come with us to Florida!
And here's a pro tip: when they offer the salsa with your meal, always say yes! It's made by Andrea herself!
Went there Easter morning and would’ve only had a 30 minute wait without reservation but had to get going towards wine country so chose to do a to-go order. The staff was very helpful and Andrea the owner herself came out and explained passionately all the different offerings! It’s always a wonderful problem when you don’t know what to pick! The quiche are massive and look amazing but I ended up going with a slice of the breakfast bake with fruit. I’m glad they use organic maple syrup rather than the cheap unhealthy generic hfcs that many other places use. Love love love this place; the decor and patio are splendid!
THE breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in Paso Robles. We went here 3 times during our weekend stay. Andrea and all the staff made us feel very welcome. Dishes are flavorful and delicious. Quiches are a must try.

Andrea's is located right next to Hotel Chavel. This restaurant is very small on the inside, but is cozy and very cute. They also have a very inviting patio as well. We were seated immediately and told about the specials. All of the specials sounded amazing. All organic, fresh ingredients. They source local eggs from two ranchers, which is super cool! Two of the four people in our group ordered the fritatta. It was delicious. Someone also ordered the breakfast burrito. It was huge! I tried it and it was very good. Potatoes, eggs and bacon with a side of medium salsa. The salsa was so delicious! Very fresh! I could eat a bowl of it! I ordered the pasta salad and again, it was very good! The staff couldn't be friendlier and Andrea herself came out from behind the kitchen to chat with us and explain some of the food items we had questions about. She is a very nice person, and it was so above and beyond to have her come out and talk to us when I'm sure she was busy. Overall, this place was incredibly delicious, with lovely staff. We will definitely be back! Don't miss out on this place. Try it and you will not be disappointed!
Most amazing brunch on my birthday!! All of the food that came out looked wonderful, and Andrea's bagel treats were outstanding! Don't miss it if you are in the area. Fresh organic local produce and Andrea was there and wished me HB.

Great food, friendly staff. Carnitas burrito and breakfast tacos were very good. Daily specials sounded amazing too, will have to try next time.
We didn’t know you had to call ahead if you had a party more than 6 but they took us in and didn’t even say anything about it. The service was great, the food was absolutely amazing and tasted so fresh - even down to the fruits! If I lived in the area, I would go almost every morning.
A lovely dining experience in the heart of Paso Robles. House-made salsa, locally sourced eggs, and a warm staff make this restaurant very unique. Normally vegetarian breakfast burritos feel like they are missing something but this one was easily the best I have ever had.
