the food was great. the customer service was excellent. the atmosphere and environment was very good.

In and out in no time. Even used the restroom. Sinks are on the outside door of the restrooms. Very busy, but very fast and efficient.

Very busy but the flow thru went fairly quickly. The protein pack of fruit and cheese was delicious but a bit pricey.

For the most part, this is a great Starbucks. Drinks are generally consistent and they aren't often out of things even though it's a busy location. However like today, it's very frustrating when you feel like you aren't being listened to when you order or you have to keep correcting your drink. I ordered a Trenta mango dragon fruit lemonade just as it comes, with no mods and I got the wrong size the first time. When I mentioned it they were nice about it and remade it, but then in the venti size. I paid for a Trenta so I need to get the amount I paid for. I can understand a mistake here and there on a super complicated drink, but when the drink is standard it shouldn't take 3 times to get your order right.

I've been to this location numerous times. But today, I felt like they were barely holding on by a thread. They were doing the best they could, but it was nonstop, in the drive-through and walk-ins. Our drinks came out great! Although there was a little mixup with our order. They baristas were as kind as they could be since they were trying to remain focused. One barista had to go out for supplies, which left them short one team member. But respect them having to leave since it seemed they were running out of multiple items. I appreciate their hard work. ❤️

This go round was alot smoother, the wait just a few minutes, and guy at window attentive and smiling. My beverage cold and mocha rich and breakfast sandwich hot and flavorful.

Drive through. Intensely touristy area of town. You're much better off going downtown to Vic's diner, whose diner coffee is better.

One of the best employees there, is a lady named Taylor. She has the best energy, the best smile, and we'll go out of her way

The ladies there were so sweet! It was just about 5 a.m. and I could barely spit out my order, lol, but they not only called me by name but also wrote me a note on my breakfast sandwich bag!
