Probably the best omelette I’ve ever had! Service was welcoming and friendly! The cooks even greeted the customers through the window! Portions were huge and my coffee was consistently refilled!

I am actually somewhat hesitant to leave this review, somewhat fearful that it may make the place too crowded. This is the most awesome restaurant in the area! Superb service, delicious food, huge assortment of entrees. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly, if I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Food was incredible. We got Eggs Benedict, Chilaquiles, and m&m pancakes. The eggs were perfectly poached. The salsas and avocados were crisp and fresh. Bacon was thick and not greasy. Price was great. Very well staffed, quick and friendly service. Live music was 10/10.

Brother's Cafe in Paso Robles is a cozy bistro-style restaurant with a nice covered outdoor patio. The menu is basic diner food, with a full breakfast selection, burgers, and salads.
I recently had the huevos rancheros at Brother's Cafe, and they were just okay. The eggs were cooked perfectly, but the sauce was a bit bland. My son had the turkey club, which he enjoyed, but he found the grated cheese on it to be a bit odd.
Other members of my party tried the pancakes, the bacon cheeseburger, and the Cobb salad, and they all said that their food was good, but not great.
Overall, Brother's Cafe is a good place for a quick bite to eat if you're in the Paso Robles area. The food is decent, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. However, if you're looking for a truly memorable dining experience, you might want to look elsewhere.
Here are some pros and cons of Brother's Cafe:
Pros:
Cozy bistro atmosphere
Nice covered outdoor patio
Friendly service
Reasonable prices
Cons:
Food is basic diner fare
Not always the best quality
Can be crowded on weekends
Overall, I would recommend Brother's Cafe to someone looking for a quick and casual meal in Paso Robles. Just don't expect anything magnificent.

Had a late breakfast at Brothers Cafe, and it’s easy to see why it’s a local favorite. The place was bustling with plenty of customers, creating a lively atmosphere. Their fluffy pancakes were a delightful treat, and the avocado toast was simply delicious, with no unnecessary frills – just pure yumminess. While the service was a bit slow, the scrumptious food more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be back for those pancakes and avocado toast!

Delicious Carnitas Eggs Benedict & Carnitas Chilaquiles! Some of the best we’ve had. Sat outside on the patio and music + ambience made for a great breakfast vibe.
