Burger King

I get lunch her regularly because I work nearby. The customer service from Alex is phenomenal. He always consistently greets me with a happy tone. And goes above and beyond, making sure my order is correct. He is a shining example of what great service at a fast food place should look like. Alex is the reason alone I will continue to visit this location. The food does come as ordered and 99% of the time is great tasting too so. Shout out for the people in the back too! Sorry idk any names back there. But great job! 👍

I use the drive through for breakfast regularly. The service is courteous, punctual and professional. While working the process very quickly and correctly, they offer warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. I order the Eggnormous Bacon Burrito and it's so good. This is my favorite Burger King in the Tri-cities, they rock!

I personally love coming to this location with my kiddos the staff is so welcoming and helpful when it comes to my three year old running around the restaurant, food is always fresh and tasty when I drive pass this bk my son always asks for the chicken sandwich “original chicken sandwich” & always reminds me how delicious they are. Keep up the good work !!

It was great. The service was also good but i used the burger king app ordering online and was supposed to get a free whopper with my purchase but did not. So that sucked. And when i went into ask them about it they told me there was nothing they can do.....so dont assume that they will give you what they say they will when ordering online. 😒😒😒

I love Burger King, it's always had a great taste to their burgers and foods, the only thing that upsets me is that 6/10 times they will mess up your order, which really blows since this is such a good restaurant. Food is great, Burgers are outstanding, but as with any fast-food restaurant it can be sloppy at times, be careful with your large soda however, as it can very easily fall over, learned that the hard way.
