Sonic Drive-in

I had a very positive experience on five different occasions at this Sonic location. Every time the food quantity and quality was better than most other fast good locations. One time they confused the details of my order but in the apology provided me a future free burger to replace it. Like most places post COVID pandemic the workers were doing everything they could to keep up. They are under staffed. Yet they remained pleasant under pressure.

Update: ONCE AGAIN THIS PLACE GETS A 5 STAR RATING! They forgot to put one item we ordered in our bag. Instead of being like normal places and shrug their shoulders, these guys came RUNNING out to catch us before we got out of the parking lot! Out of breathe and everything! Mind you we don't have a small family. 7 people is enough to turn many drive thrus into mass chaos and irritation. INSTEAD they still did everything in their power to make our order perfect! And yes everything is completely as ordered. Tasty and very happy kids! THANK YOU AGAIN!! Every team member we have dealt with has been unbelievably accommodating and welcoming every time. Especially with our 2 page list order! ORIGINAL POST: This location is so friendly! All of the staff are having fun, happy and upbeat! Very hard to create that environment, especially today. Love everyone who works there. Hard workers as well!!
