I've been sitting for 15 minutes, no service. I look over to my right and a female worker got orders from people she knows as they just walked in, sat down and continue to talk and laugh.
So if a 1/4 star was available for rating the service today, I would still settle for a big fat ZERO.
Here we go, a menu after 20 minutes and No it is not Busy.
"Don't Take Off Hungry" Just make sure you have a lot of time.

Bland food, tiny portion yet a huge price?
We had a burrito bowl with lime cilantro rice, chicken, pico and sour cream. I have never before had such blah Mexican food! There was no taste. At all. Grainy-textured chicken. The salsa was just crushed tomatoes.
Guarantee that I will never eat here again or recommend to my friends. Maybe to an enemy.
Wish I could give it a negative 5!!
