The staff is friendly and fast but there is clearly a lot of drug dealing going on in the back parking lot. Lots of extra circulars in the back lot.

Really cozy place to be for coffee, how loud it gets in general makes it a bit harder to feel heard or hear questions. My coffee was delicious, and the snacks ever so tempting. The amount of items for sale for one product or item is a bit overwhelming before you get to the counter, but does get you thinking as a customer "do I get Starbucks enough to buy my own cup?". I'm not a fan personally of Starbucks, but they do have a nice business in this location.

This is my go-to Starbucks location. I place my mobile order every day on my way to work and pick up inside the store. They always great me by name when I walk in and say have a great day on my way out. Incredible customer service.

The staff at this location were super friendly and kind. While visiting, there was someone in need of water and the staff treated him with respect and kindness. Our drinks and food were spot on too. Great job hiring an amazing team!

Excellent Starbucks. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make me feel known and appreciated. The beverage was made just to my liking, and I’m a bit picky sometimes. I’ll definitely be coming here again! The displays were done very nicely for the holidays and I look forward to seeing what the coming months will have in stock for new whole bean options and seasonal cups.

I have to say driving to the Pasco Starbucks just to get the best customer service is so worth it. Especially TONIGHT. Cadilla was absolutely so patient with our large order and super friendly. Thank you for your contagious smile and friendliness, you made our night.

Excellent service, kind and thoughtful even when extremely busy. The drive thru line was long (flowing out of the parking lot) but went relatively quick. Employees were friendly and calm, the inside was clean and well kept.

The atmosphere is very nice, there is a lot of light filling the room The WiFi here is quite good. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. There are lots of power outlets everywhere for people to come in and plug in their laptops and other devices to do homework etc.
The quality of the food and drinks here is very good. Highly recommend overall.
