Customer service sucks the cashier interrupts you ever chance she can says your welcome when you point it out didn’t even get the large fry I paid for. Was trying to tell her how I wanted the bill split between my card and cash and she held the cash and said the card declined well I wonder why maybe if you didn’t interrupt me and shut the glass window in my face she would of understood. Will never be back to this establishment ridiculous. The lady in the second window was at least nice and understood customer service.

The workers here is very rude… one of the workers made it seem like it was my fault because SHE got my order wrong. I don’t see how they are getting any busy with the way they treat their customers. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to have my order wrong. But that wasn’t even the problem the worker didn’t have to be as rude as she was. This isn’t about the Ms. Constance she is the sweetest person ever. This is about her co-workers.

Staff leaves a lot to be desired. Been there several times within an hour of closing time and they are always "out" of everything. We (and the three cars ahead of us) left without spending our money because we were told "all we got tonight is biscuits and fries". I wonder if the owner of this franchise knows how much money the people working there costs him/her?

It was terrible!! We were the only ones in the restaurant. It was five of us,,, no one acknowledged us when we came in, the two ladies kept just walking around as of we were invisible, We went to place our orders and they said they didn't have any orginal chicken and it would be about 30 minutes because someone hasn't dropped it We waited about 30 minutes and the the lady behind the counter handed us some cardboard boxes to eat out of. Really a cardboard box to eat macaroni and cheese and Cole slaw out of. I went to the counter and asked for the number to corporate and the clerk said just a minute. The manager named Denise said she can wait. I was a customer too and I waited 30 minutes for my food. We ordered Mac on the single order and they have us cold corn,. No customer service in sight. What happened to KFC, ...I realized we are all short handed as a result of COVID-19, but customer service is still free sand u don't have to pay for it. Your staff needs additional training there are other options and places we can go and eat
