Well other than the lady (Brittany) at the drive thru window having an attitude, all of my items barely had meat/beef. The crunchwrap was the worst one with basically no meat on it. This trip was a waste of money or maybe the crew was having a bad day!

Every time I go, I sit in line for 30+ minutes just for them to get my mobile order entirely wrong. Store manager needs to work a little harder on making this store better. Either get more/better workers or pay more to attract them.

I very seldom low star a business, especially a fast food, however this was the dirtiest food business, I can remember. I've posted photos, however it's hard to see. Trust me dirty, grease, trash all behind the counter.
In the eating area, trash, food and dirt. Tables didn't appear to be wiped off very regularly.
Reason I didn't give it a 1 was the staff was very friendly.
If it wasn't for the idea my twin where very hungry and me tired I would have walked out.

First off, we ordered soft tacos with meat and cheese only. The order was incorrect as the tacos had everything on them. Second, the woman at the window needs a lesson in customer service. Just passed the food out through the window with a look like we inconvenienced her with our business

While ordering food, the lady in the drive thru wants to huff and puff like someone getting on her nerves because we have a big order… if you don’t like your job, then maybe you should find a different one that doesn’t involve customer service! The service here sucks and they seriously need a crew makeover!

The food always decent at this location but they are always out of something. They only have 3 options of things to drink. There is no shortage of sodas. Its just laziness and incompetence.

Seriously need to get your stuff together. No one on their lunch break has almost an hour to wait in your drive thru, we have to get back to our jobs and you obviously cannot do your job properly.

Customer service was non-existent. Took way too long to receive order and then had to wait and ask for a cup. 4 people working. Windiw, 2 preparing and no idea what the 4th was doing. I will not eat there again until changes are made.
