Rude staff. The tall guy that is there everyday lied straight to my face. I let a lady go in front of me, I could tell she was a regular. She gets to the check out and there's no cookies ready. So I heard the employee tell her he'd get her some from the oven, tells her to step aside and allow me to pay. I ask for cookies, and he tells me they're too hot and he can't serve them to me. I said okay, paid, and went to get my drink. As I'm at the drink station I watch him go over to the oven and package up cookies for this lady and I could tell he was trying to be secretive about it. I can do without cookies, but I'm disgusted that I was treated as less than another customer. I don't care is she's a "regular". If they're too hot, then NO ONE should be allowed to purchase them at the time. Lying will always lose my business and I will make sure to discourage my friends and coworkers (who come there quite often because we work close by) to not support this location. Integrity is important even at a Sub shop.

By far the worst customer service! My family and I came in shortly after 4:30pm. We were greeted with we close at 5pm. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, cookies not so good. At 4:55pm while serving other customers the young lady yells "we closing, y'all can take y'all food outside". Then under her breath tells her co-worker " I'm trying to leave at 5". I guess she didn't notice we were done and gather our belongings. Definitely will not drop by this location ever!
