Really, it's the best local pizza. The crust and ingredients are always fresh, you can generally pick up in-store at a huge discount (sometimes $7.99 or $8.99 for a large) and the delivery staff is very pleasant.

My family has never been disappointed with anything from Vocelli's. We've had a variety of stuff off their menu and we have enjoyed it all. The $ 2.99 deal for a large one topping pizzas is a fantastic deal.
We've been ordering pizza from this location since 2018. Their pizza is consistently good, their employees are always kind, and my pizza is usually ready when I get there. We order weekly, and will continue to do so.
Great customer service from the manager Aaron and the mac and cheese pizza is to die for. Try it with pepperoni and a drizzle of buffalo sauce and thank me later. Trust me.
Order was missing an item and the employee I spoke with was very apologetic and polite. Missing item was delivered less than 10 minutes later at no cost. The driver was professional and polite. The pizza, salad, bread, stromboli, and wings was fresh and tasty. A better experience than some other local places recently. We will absolutely order from the Pasadena location again after this great experience.
I've picked up twice. Both times we ordered subs. They are outstanding because the subs are toasted and because I picked them up quickly, they were not soggy. However, the second time, not a weekday, but a Saturday, the staff failed us a little. They "lost" our order, so I was left standing waiting for them to start making our subs for 25 minutes (the original estimate was 15 minutes - probably because they were also making pizzas for other customers). A little disappointing. However, the subs were still very delicious. I just hope that the youngsters there get it together. It is really good food. I'll probably avoid weekends from now on.
I ordered through door dash thinking it would get here quicker. However, come to find out vocellis delivers their own door dash orders! And lemme just say that came about 20 minutes earlier.
The store is not the same without Leonard being there anymore, times do take a lot longer (15-20 minutes, that's why I ordered through door dash). However, the steak sub was still amazing.
