This place is amazing. Great pizza subs are amazing and the spaghetti with meatballs is perfect. The owner is a great guy and he picked some awesome employees also. Everyone is super friendly. I originally went because someone said they had some of the best cheesesteak subs in md. So I went and been hooked ever since.
We decided last minute to stop by for a quick lunch and I’m so glad we did. The guy making pizzas seemed to know everyone that was in there too. First thing we saw walking in was a huge calzone being pulled out of the oven and it looked amazing. We ordered a Popeye pizza, bruschetta, and ranch fries and they were delicious and the portions were way more than what we expected. We will definitely be returning!
First time we had it and it is legit pizza. Not gonna compare to NYC pizza but it is really good. We are going back. Thin crust, huge slices, quality ingredients. Also had the Italian sub with all the fixins and that was awesome. Again, quality.
This place is AMAZING! Moving from Philly, and living in NY for most of my life, it's been very hard to find good pizza and subs .... not trying to down play MD at all but it's so hard to find good pizza, and a good cheesesteak here!! Their NY pizza is so good.. BUT OMG... THAT GRADMA PIZZA IS SO RIDICULOUS...I CAN'T EVEN PUT WORDS AROUND IT. THANK GOD for places like this that don't just advertise NY Pizza, but they ACTUALLY Do it... yes, everyone has their own version and opinion, but we're pleased/satisfied. And my husband got a sausage and peppers sandwich, and he can't stop talking about how good it was. The owner (im assuming he is the owner due to our convo) was such a pleasant person... he even gave us free garlic knots on the way out to try as it was our first time there! And explained he was in NJ over 30+ years. Anyone that knows great pizza, already knows what that means.... NY,NJ,PA... SAY NO MORE... YOU HAVE GAINED MY BUSINESS AS LONG AS I'M IN THIS AREA! GREAT JOB!
