Disappointed with the peeled and missing bagels today. Ordered 2 dozens cut bagels over the phone 3 hours in advance. The top of most bagels were peeled off, the rest were not cut in half. More like cut by 1/3 and 2/3. I had to re-cut all of them so they can fit into the toaster. One dozen did not

They’re really dirty at this location . I ordered a protein power w cream cheese and when I opened it it had egg pieces in it like if they used the same knife to add the spread . It also had a taste of another flavored spread . Gross I had to throw it out .

Okay if you just get the bagel and a schmear it's fantastic for a West coast bagelbut if you start to add egg bacon that's been previously frozen left out all day and then they repeat it again in the microwave and then you get pre Frozen hashbrowns that's cold when you get it you don't mind that...

They validate parking which is helpful when you’re in a rush.  I ordered two boxes of bagels to surprise my office and let’s just say I am a hero at work now.  I did have one friend who complained they didn’t have gluten free… I think they might want to add that to their menu, especially in LA

LOOOOOOVE this place... Love that it's reasonably priced in the time of Covid especially... Separately, Attn: support-Really Annoying...I will say that the online/tech, if website were greatly improved, could prove very useful and you may have a massive increase in sales if people could be at work

Love this place, so disappointed tried to go get the bakers dozen but it was after 2 PM… Immediately following I saw several other people also grabbed for the door handle while sitting at neighbors Peets Coffee… to try to get in and buy something but they close to early!!! 😁😁😁

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and its good. Staffs were friendly and did provided excellent customer service.
