Pizza Hut

I have to say , I’ve ordered Pizza Hut many many times . It was my first time trying this location out , it is the worse pizza I’ve ever had . It was tasteless , thin and oily. Every time I order from the figueroa location the pizza is usually fluffy, breaded and not oily . I had them made it again to give them the benefit , the second one I received was as bad . I highly suggest to not come to this location. It literally taste like cardboard.

I’m officially done with Pizza Hut especially at this location 777 S ARROYO PKWY. Before they were reliable and affordable now they are lazy and over priced. Whenever I place my order it’s either cold, soggy or doesn’t even arrive. (Even thou they said they contacted me - which they never did.) They also charged me for the items they don’t even have or to get an explanation the next day. This is by far worst service and I recommend you go to GrubHub then ordering here. To hell with this company, no longer going to be your loyal customer who actually recommends to friends or family. Oh here’s another fun fact: This location Pizza Hut, there customer service is shiat. If you had my experience where the order never came, even thou you call them there not gonna care nor recommend another order. Rather there going to explain excuses and say things like “we tried to contact you or our driver tried to contact you but you didn’t answer” so why not make another order recommendation? But no they just wannt to make you feel like you’ve wasted there time when in reality they wasted yours.
