Some of the nicest folks to give you protein on rice, especially on a diet.
The nice thing about WaBa Grill is the rice is nicely separated from the meats or tofu; Yoshinoya has its beef seep into the rice it gets soggy
Their carrots and jalapeños are free with your meal and delicious.

Tables inside weren’t setup. Not allowed or can’t eat inside. Ate in the parking lot on the floor. Was gonna rate 1 star but because staff who took the order was friendly, giving 2 stars. Will eat at Flamebroiler from now on.

Pretty decent little location with all of the amenities that waba has. Chicken signature is the best go to bowl. A lot of the chicken and steak especially has a lot of nerves and fat which I've never been a fan of. Really close to Petco and Starbucks. Should be able to find parking easily. Fix the flickering light here!

A couple months ago, I ordered and pre-paid on my phone for a meal for pickup at their Arroyo location during their posted business hours, and the store was locked up and closed with no signage about closing early when I arrived. While I was still in the parking lot, two other parties showed up for their pickups and, like me, found the store closed. I never heard from anyone at the store about what happened to my money or food. We are all trying to be cooperative during these interesting times but other food businesses, like Starbucks, alert you on their apps if pre-ordering is not available either due to early closure or high volume of in-store activity. Anyway, WaBa got my $15 and I got to drive away hungry. This was my first and only experience here.

My food was not hot, the cashier/ order taker seemed so confused. She also mopped after taking my order and stood not wash her hands. I'll never go the again

Got food from lunch today and the service was awesome. We dealt with the manager Chris and he was spectacular.
Tried the plantspired "steak" which was terrific.everything from the atmosphere to the friendly staff and amazing food. Was perfection we will be back!!!!

Just need to update their store hours online that they are now closed on Sundays.
This is the 2nd WaBa location that has neglected to update their online store hours and I arrived to find out that they are closed on Sundays.
Please update store hours so customers who love WaBa can be informed and satisfied. 👌
