Fish Dish

Ate there yesterday, Nov 3rd and ordered Alaskan king crab pot and a bowl of chowder. Right away was met with a cashier/waitress who didn't seem to like or be trained on how to do her job. I complained to the shift supervisor, Humberto about the former being abrupt and spoke without enunciating what she was saying. She didn't even thank me for the order nor noticed that I gave her more than 10% tip on the credit card slip I handed back to her. She looked and sounded condescending. Later she came to my table, laid out a paper tablecloth without saying a word nor excusing herself. She just pushed the paper in, almost toppling over the plastic cup with water and ice I had on the table. She left without saying something like she will be back with the order. Finally, when she delivered the order she just plopped it down on the table - again without saying a word. None of the usual, here's your order and can I get you something else and if not, enjoy your meal. She didn't give me and my companion any plates to eat the crabs on. We had to go back to the counter and ask for one and I had to use the serving plate for the soup as my dinner plate!!! What kind of a restaurant has this place degenerated to? This was not the first time we were there BUT IT DEFINITELY WILL BE THE LAST! I've eaten in so many places far and wide, here and abroad and I've never been so outraged and so regretful of the time and money I spent at a place than this one. By the way, the King Crab served was the worst quality. It tasted like it's been frozen and refrozen. Where are the owners? To them I say, pay attention to what your employees are doing there or you will lose a good business eventually.
