My wife loved this restaurant even we never dine-in and always picked up by me and she sat in the car. The restaurant is on a street full of Internet celebrity restaurants such as Randy's Donuts and Five Guys. This street is difficult to park but fortunately, Pitfire has its own park lot. Pitfire is famous for its pizza and it's not fast food pizza. The pizza is much sourer than normal franchises like Domino's or Pizzahut, that's the reason why my wife loved it. The Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings are also good, with crispy skin and good flavor.

My wife and I have been regulars at this Pitfire Pizza location for some time now, and have been going to Pitfire in general since 2012 (DTLA location). Typically we share two pizzas and a salad. Came on a random Tuesday night, place was slow, and thought what could go wrong? Well I think the pictures pretty much say it all here - - both of our pizzas were essentially burnt to a crisp and were not edible. Occasionally, there is some charring, but it is never inedible like it was tonight. On top of that, service was pretty much non-existent (it normally isn’t fantastic to begin with, but usually a little less surly), and clearly, the person responsible for quality control fell asleep at the wheel tonight. Granted this isn’t a gourmet dining establishment, but something like this shouldn’t have ever left the kitchen. The only thing that tasted great was the Kale salad beforehand. Leaving hungry and out close to $50 for two burnt pizzas, a salad, tax & tip, we headed to another restaurant to curb our appetite. Sadly we won’t be back.

Flavorful thincrust pizza. I prefer a thicker crust but it was good. A little shy with the meat considering it was a sausage pizza. The menu was simple and easy to understand. Televisions with sports beoadcast and a bar for the drinkers.

We love Pitfire Pizza. We usually go to the one near our house, which is amazing, but we were in town so decided to stop and expected the best just the one in Marina Del Rey. They delivered on all counts. We have now been twice, one to pick up and one to dine in. Both times we were so happy. They have just the best pizza and all of these spots do. They service is spectacle and they are fast. When you call in to get a pizza to go, get in your car because it will be waiting for you. When you dine in everyone is just so nice. Your pizza will be hot and perfect. They also make some great pasta. And they are nice to kids.

First pizza on new years day! Happy 2022 all! I will start my journey of reaching new and cozy dinners w the sole purpose to find great food and amicable staff! To share with you readers my great, good and not so pleasant experiences around California! So let's start with this delicious pan tossed pizza! Simple and the bread flavor is there! The dough was perfectly rise so it can be stretched and then baked w mozzarella, tomasauce and basil! I order a glass of IPA and to my surprise i got a barrel!! We all love the pizza and we eat it all the way to the crumbs! Affordabl and cleanplace. Management was pleasant and attentive.

Friendly staff, lots of seating in door and out. Waited about 15/20mins for the food. Food was amazing, will definitely be back!

How does one mess up a Cesar salad so badly? The amount of dressing added to my salad made me realize why it was served to me with a spoon. Why can’t you add whole croutons instead of crouton powder? It was so tangy. So disgusting.

Good quality pizza, the usual & some other interesting ones, gluten-free, cauliflower crusts as well as standard thin crust. Also good salads, apps, & sides. Great service, attentive staff. Great for a group. Outdoor seating is comfortable & casual.
