My food was fresh and order was taken professionally in drive thru. Sometimes the drive thru attendant doesn't look at you when handing you your food and his cap is so low you can't see his eyes.
I got sausage mcmufin and the bun was kinda burnt and the mcflury was a Lil bit watery the hashbrowns were perfect .
They always seem to have fresh, hot fries!
Best McDonalds in Rosenberg. I've had so many problems with the others in this city, but never an issue here. The employee even came out to ask me if I was okay with waiting on fresh cooked pie. And now she remembers me, and doesn't even ask anymore. Love it.
Received the food I ordered hot, and with no errors. Had to wait for a few minutes for them to prepare one of my items, but the estimated wait time was accurate. Wait staff was courteous and professional. Giving four stars because of all of the latter, but not a fifth star because I have had order accuracy problems with this location before, on numerous occasions. Caveat emptor - check your order for accuracy before driving away.
I have not been eating a lot of fast food being on a keto diet but I pulled into McDonald's on my way home the other afternoon and it was the best McDonald's I'd ever eaten. They were the best french fries and chicken nuggets....hot and fresh cooked. They were the bomb!
This McDonald's does a pretty good job on the crispy fries but the chicken nuggets were okay... I know they are not "quality" to begin with, but I still love them. They were as expected. Spicy nuggets are what's up.
Overall good service all the time, I have been a customer for over 9 years and only few times I've gotten my orde wrong but we're only humans and sometimes we make mistakes. You can always ask for fresh coffee when ordering and they'll make it fresh for you.
