The only Subway shops I frequent are the ones in South Shore Harbour & Red Bluff/Pasadena Blvd. Both shops are nice & clean. The staff are polite & cheerful. The food is fresh & delicious.
What can I say? They're not winning restaurant of the year, but they're not trying to either. I had an old boss who once told me, "You know what your problem is, Alex? You always want to make Rolex, but we make Timex around here." It stuck with me for the rest of my life because he was right. It taught me to stop comparing apples to champagne and to understand that sometimes people are just looking for a decent product at a good value. That's exactly what you're going to get at Subway. Good deli meat, fresh baked bread, and a good value. Don't go there looking to be blown away, and you'll leave happy everytime.
I tried to order online but my order just wouldn't go in. So i had to order at the store pn Red Bluff. I brought my print out to show them my problem. They called the manager and he honored my discounts. I thought that was very nice. The two sandwich makers were very polite. The store was very clean. One of the quickest services I've ever received there. I had a big order and all of it was delicious. Thank you.

Thank you Angel for going above and beyond helping me resolve my issue. The customer service I received from Angel, representative from the Red Bluff Pasadena location, was 10 stars. She was attentive to my concerns, she stayed in communication about my concerns, she thoroughly investigated my concerns and she shared the process and results every step along the way.
She definitely made it right and I appreciate that more than anything.
It seems lately that customer service has gone away and it's a free for all of bad attitudes and blaming on both customer side and business side.
Angel was the absolute master of customer service. Angel would be an asset to any customer oriented business and a great trainer to teach the art of customer service to others.

Last week I had some issues with my order that I ordered online using the subway website. I was emailed and asked about my experience and I gave an honest review with a negative marking. It has been quickly resolved and I am reviewing again to show their true rating.
This subway is clean and has good lighting. My husband and I love getting out sandwiches here. The employees always greet you and make delicious sandwiches. This business is at a very busy intersection so you have to be careful at the light. I have seen crazy drivers pass the red light.
It was okay. They were out of meatballs, broccoli cheese soup, and only had one last cup of chicken and dumpling soup. The lady said she hadn't had time to defrost the soups..? It was painfully slow, but i think it was one of the lady's first day, and the other one was training her, so it was like there was only one there. They were both nice and had good customer service, though.
Always always positive attitudes, very nice, fast workers and the food is always so good. There were 4 people in front of me, & 2 of what I think were online orders and I was still in and out in about 15mins, I don’t believe that is bad at all. They’re always so kind, such hardworking people there, Brandi is the sweetest, I definitely recommend this location.
My order was complete quickly and was made to my specifications. Quality of service and food great!
