Jack In The Box

It’s Jack in the Box. You go there to get fast, fairly cheap food that’s tasty when you’re hungry. We’ve all been there, done that! Jack’s tacos - you either love ‘em or hate ‘em. I love ‘em, and they’re often a solid go-to for me; easy on the wallet, too! Their breakfast sandwiches are solid, as are their breakfast burritos. Be sure to ask for a couple salsa containers for the burrito - one won’t do the trick! Their jalapeño poppers used to be bomb, and then they changed - I think it went from cream cheese to regular cheese filling, and it’s definitely nowhere as tasty as back in the day. This location tends to have homeless folks milling around near the drive-thru lane or bus stop which is nearby - just keep an eye on folks as you pass through/are waiting in line.

Not all Jack In The Box locations are the same. Some have better service, crew, management and adhere to cleaning practices established by the chain. This one follows the best practices and rules. The food tastes fresher and better because this crew runs a tight ship! This is definitively one of the better Jack In The Box locations!! Kudos to the manager and the crew!! 👍🏼

Hey guys! Thanks for reading my opinion on this Jack in the Box! Right across from Pasadena City College, at noon it was just as crowded and noisy as one would expect! And the food is normal Jack-caliber cuisine, served hot and reasonably fast, considering the line! But this would be a great place to meet new people or find out what’s happening in surrounding Pasadena!

Today, the food was great. My Sourdough Jack was on point; juicy and delicious. (***** 5 stars) Much better than the last visit. Unfortunately, customer service sucked. Apparently they didn't hear when I ordered two (2) sourdough combos, so when I called her out on it, she had a HUGE attitude. (*** 3 stars)
