I can tell why the place has been around so long... its classic and simple. The menu isnt over complicated, the serve beer, and the chili was a good one for coneys! The fries, classic chili cheese dog, and even the shakes were simple but good for the price. Old school makes. Only complaints? The location seemed kinda dead, could just be the day... but everyone was moving at a snails pace and had a case of the Monday's. There were tables that needed to be bussed and the girl who took my menu didn't know it very well and I had to have her ask to be sure. I would say take advantage of the specials when they have them!

We had not been to James Coney Island in a couple of years. We went Sunday May 14. We weren't disappointed!

I truly hope that as they're closing all these Coney's down, that this will be the last one standing. I've never really had a bad experience here other than a waiting time. But that just means my food is always super hot and enjoyable by the time we get it home.
3 of us went to eat here, not realizing y'all close at 9pm. We got there about 8:45 once I looked back at my location. Most places wouldn't have let us dine in so close to closing or would've been very upset. The employees were welcoming and very nice. The food was great and hot, perfect!! Leaving, we were talking about how they locked the door once we left, and I checked what time y'all close. I realized we stayed about 18 min after 9 pm. I live in the Sugarland area and was in this area because I was running an errand. We were starving, and JCI has always been a favorite!! Thank you for being so kind and doing a great job!!!! Have a Merry Christmas!

It was good. I only had a corn dog so I really can't give 5 stars. Next time I'm in the area, I will change my review.
Haven't tried this food in years..decided to swing by yesterday. Still the same!!! Brought back so many memories of my childhood😊 Cheese Coney-All the Way. Food was fresh and delicious! Drive thru guy was so nice...I won't wait years to go back next time!
We were so happy to see Jennifer Edge at the Pasadena location. She has always provided & continues to provide excellent & professional customer service. She is a true asset to JCI!
The young man at register was very welcoming. Great smile along with excellent customer service. I was at this location on Thursday (1/26/2023) around 4pm.
