I love this place. I've been here multiple times and will keep coming back. We've always had nothing but positive experiences here. Vickie and Devon and Melanie are great. Excellent customer service, great drink specials and wings with lots of sauces to select. Keep doing what you're doing!

I hadn't been to Pasadena location in months, but today's food was on point. The freshness of the Pickle Chips, Wings and Fries was excellent as well as our server, Emma!! 👌
Good drink specials! 99c Thursday beer specials. The staff is nice. Good place to try out. Just remember everything goes in the fryer.
The food was great, hot and fresh like always, however there was only myself, and 2 other customers there, and getting service was so much slower than usual. It took 20 minutes just to flag our waitress down to get to-go boxes, she never came by to check on us while we ate, or see if we needed anything. However, this usually doesn't happen when we go and we do go at least 2 or 3 times a month for their specials and she was still friendly when we ordered, and when we left.
Order to pick up , host there young lady didn’t welcome me just side eye me , waited 5 min there until I ask if there was anyone else to help me . She stayed looked at me and didn’t say a word just turn to the back & another tall lady came & charmed me politely. Good is great but service the worst
My family has been coming here for years we have had so many birthdays here. Management is very understand and tries to fix any problems if any. Wait staff is also great Ceci is always taking care of us.

East meets West is my favorite plate here. It usually comes with 5 boneless and 5 bone in wings but I ask for all boneless. It also comes with tater tots buy I substitute for a salad.... So delish.... Also the tenders here are so delish no joke if ur ever around the area try this you will love. The sauces I use are they honey BBQ and the Carolina Gold so yummy

Food not bad, in the average chicken wings, service varies, some times are excellent and other days totally opposite. On the atmosphere, I think needs a lot of work, seriously, I think there is more fun on a regular church service.....
Had a late lunch today and food was great, service was excellent! Emma is a fantastic server! All my food was hot and tasty!
I’ve been here several times I really like this location. Staff is always friendly and inviting! Our server was really good at what she did, and very knowledgeable on promotion of the day! Food is also really good!
