We had our daughters Firth Birthday party last night. The manager Paola came out to greet us and explained the party situation to me. They also let us stay past our 2 hour reservation so that was great. We had the two tables for the kids already decorated by the staff and we brought it our own decorations for the adult table. Shelby our party hostess was amazing, she gave me the play by play of how things would go. She was so sweet with all the children and danced and acknowledged each one during the dance/birthday dancing show. I loved the fact that she cut the cake for us and was always on point in checking in to make sure everything was ok. Food came out right now time and so did our drinks. Everyone had a great time and the birthday girl had a blast. This was the first time we ever reserved a party at Chuck E Cheese and will for sure do it again. Great staff, great food and everyone had a great time. Also the greeter at the door Emily was super sweet to my daughter who is also named Emily. From the start walking in to the place we already had a great experience.
My grandson LUCAS had a wonderful fun time !! He enjoyed all the games . Very friendly workers ! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends & family . Thank you 🙏
My son had his birthday party here and I was actually impressed.
Everything was clean even the restrooms were spotless, I think the lady was named Ashley her and the crew did an amazing job setting up, taking orders if we needed extras, explaining things, getting everything on time, she even cut the cake for us and passed it out! They gave my son (the birthday boy) extra tickets, and let him go in the blaster to get more. Food was great and the guest said they were impressed how the salad bar was so good and clean.
Our party guest and I were impressed how this chucky cheese went above and beyond for our party needs. And all the games worked! My 15 year old and even our 1 year old nephews could play they had games for all ages! Will be setting up another party here soon for sure.
I love this location. It is very spacious & I enjoyed Valerie at the ticket counter. She was so very nice & made you feel welcomed. I also found out she is a Virgo like myself lol. I loved our visit & it was an amazing time for my 3 year old daughter!
My experience was amazing, and my daughter had so much fun with her cousins! The food was good. I want to take a moment to give Carlos a shot out for having the sweetest soul and being such a great helper that day! Carlos made my experience 10x times better! He made sure my daughter was having fun and everybody in my party were okay. He truly was amazing!! Thank you, I will definitely be coming back soon!
Kids love this place. This restaurant really isn't about the food, it's about the kids just having fun. If you want a salad you have to buy it ONLY for yourself, they hate it when you share it. I didn't see chucky coming out every 30 minutes while we were there. Anyway, this is great place for birthday celebration.
Always had a good experience coming here !! Before and after covid never had any issues. Had a birthday party here and had good service !! Will be back again !! Facility is always clean and salad bar as well. Pizza is always hot and fresh and beer is cold !! Kids have a Blast and employees are always very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with kids !!
Always have a great time w the kids here! Never have we ever had a bad experience! Only suck thing, their getting pretty pricey. But then again, pricing going up everywhere these days.
The pizza was very delicious, and the employee at the front of house was very courtious. I went on a Thursday school day around 5pm and there was not too many people. My main complaint is that they nickel and dime you, and overall the prices are a bit high, but now a days everything is getting more expensive. They have a good selection of modern games and all of the games were working. A nit pick is that some games cost 2.8 points, 3.8 points, why not just have even numbers? Overall very satisfied.
Clean establishment. All of the games were working. The workers were diligent with ensuring the children were safe and left with the family they came in with. Overall, my child had a great time and I was pleased with the service. Good job!
Is always good so kids can be free
Been going once a week this summer because of the summer fun pass. Every time we come we have great service and the pizza is always so good. The staff is friendly and the place is clean my kid has a blast every time we go.
