Food was absolutely amazing! Service is really friendly and quick. I came for the buffet and it was extremely well priced for the amount of food variety and quality. It’s a great location tons of parking. I love the decor so much. Highly recommend I’m definitely taking my husband here. I came with my past clients. Loved it
We originally came with a party of 5, 2 kids age 7. We saw such a wide variety of appetizers we decided to only order appetizers. Everything was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we came back the very next day to try a few more appetizers but also get dinner.
The quality of the food was outstanding, everything tasted impeccable. The highlights were the paneer and chicken 65. For those who ate veg both chops were phenomenal. The naan was soft and wide, not dough-y at all.
We liked it enough to come back a 2nd day in a row, and we know it won’t be too long till we are back again.
While the atmosphere was nice and the service was decent they really could use some new dinnerware.
Pretty great experience overall. Food was competitive as to other Indian restaurants in NJ, but the service and atmosphere is pretty unmatched to others. Don’t know how great the buffet is, but ordering a la carte is really good.
Authentic Indian food without it being too “softened” for US palettes. We got the mixed grill platter and chicken lollipops as our appetizers which were absolutely great. Entrees included butter chicken, goat rogan josh both of which were very standard and the goat pieces were mostly bones. Overall good experience but a bit pricey for the entrees based on quality overall.
This was my very first experience at an Indian restaurant, and I was actually a bit surprised at how much I liked pretty much everything. I love that this is a buffet-style restaurant. I was able to get literally one of everything except for a few items that I already know I don't care for.
If you've never had Indian food, don't be afraid to try the goat. I know it's not a typical American food, but it actually tasted surprisingly good! In fact, everything seemed to be seasoned in a slightly different way, but it was all really well- prepared. To me, this is the perfect way to try a new cuisine. You can take a little bit of everything you would like to try without having to commit to an entire plate of an unfamiliar food.
The only negative aspect of the restaurant was the service. I could see that they weren't understaffed, but the employees seemed to be walking around without noticing tables. They were polite though, and when we got their attention to ask for a refill on something, they would get whatever we needed. We even had to ask for them to bring the credit card back after about 10 minutes along with the final bill so we could sign it.
We definitely plan on going back, and to me the food is worth the visit even if the service is slightly less attentive than we are accustomed to.
We went specifically for the buffet and it did not disappoint. There were many dishes to choose from. They had a dosa station where they were made fresh in front of you. They had pain puri as well. My favorite was the chicken Rogan Josh and the chole. The goat curry was very good as was the tikka masala. The desserts were also nice with Kheer and gulab jaman. Very reasonably priced and delicious food. Crowded, so get there early.
Last week I went with a friend and the person (Ali - who usually works out at a different branch) helped us identify some special items. He asked the chef to make something which was not even on the menu (as it is usually made in other branch). The food was so delicious and Ali took care of us very well. All other persons served there were very professional and offered very good service. Food, Service was good and booked my reservation again for my family. Great place for veg, non-veg items.
Normally we used to celebrate at home, this year decided to go out to Jashan. Had one of the best experience for thanksgiving!!
Huge selection of food, atmosphere was very joyful and staff was very helpful, specially
Mahir Ali.
Stairs of heaven hike drained us and we wanted good Indian food. We headed to dhaba express, they directed us to jashan as they mentioned that there is 45-50minute wait time. Food was excellent would love to go once more. Family loved it
Absolutely loved it! One of the best Indian food restaurant in the area! The food quality flavor and quantity is great! The place is very clean and spacious and service is always good! I specifically have to mention our server Jangbu, his service is excellent! We have tried various menu items and after many visits I can say that every time we absolutely loved it!
The prices are very reasonable, they have plenty of parking and lots of seating!
