The staff including Jephte at the front desk in particular made this a five start stay by showing so much warmth and genuine kindness, even with a very late night check in. The kindness continued throughout our stay. The room was large and spacious and parking was easy breezy. The breakfast was warm and hearty though not gourmet, it was much appreciated as a complimentary offering. Small notes - While the room was well cleaned and updated there was leftover food in the fridge in the room presumably from a prior guest and at least one towel had a stubborn stain left on it (but it was clearly a clean washed towel, I’d just recommend they double check a bit more closely so they can recycle stained towels to make guest like myself feel even more comfortable).

Gorgeous looking hotel from the outside. Nice restaurant in the hotel for bar food if you aren’t looking for something fancy. Rooms are a bit dated in carpeting & fixtures/plumbing. Convenient location with stores & restaurants around. Overall, good representation of what you would expect in the Sheraton brand. Would certainly consider staying here again when in the area.

My first exception was a smell when I got in room, do not know what it was, also could not regulate the heat / AC, so, I called down, and was not offered a replacement room. - When I mentioned the AC problem at desk, they said a maintenance person can come up later in the day, but no one can be in room, (so are we to leave our belongings and valuables in the hotel room, with some stranger), where were we to be with all of our gear, take it back down to the car? - So, then we had been given a ticket saying breakfast included. - We got downstairs to restaurant, and was told the breakfast was not included in price of room. - We are African American, Black, and Muslim. [Not normally a topic of discussion] And this hostess was white, I do not know why she did not like us. - So we were hungry, wanted to know how much for breakfast, was told by the hostess, it is $20 per person, And not included - So, we wanted to see first what would cost 20 for breakfast, We had to first get allowed in , She had to take our info, would not let us go see what was on the buffet, without us giving info, as if we were going to actually eat. - then we went over to breakfast counter, and saw only Yogurt, raw fruit, and bread, and my wife was like , heck no, $20 for this, - So we went back to the hostess, and was asking is this it for $20, - After paying so much for a room, we would think that it would be a representative experience relative to the 160 room price! Most hotels that we go to, with prices over 100, the breakfast is included! - When we approached the hostess, We asked if this is it for 20, The woman started raising her voice, and saying that we can leave etc.. We were trying to understand why she was acting aggresive, So, I defended my spouse, and asked the woman why are you being so aggressive, Because I stood up for my spouse, This woman said we had to leave! - Thankfully there was another hostess , who arrived, and my wife simply asked is there more for 20, - The new hostess said there is more, and showed us where the Eggs, sausage, and warm food was, And that is all that we had asked for. - BTW, That first hostess, the white woman, had actually called security, and I guess she told them we were not conforming to her policies, whatever, But they never came over to us, thankfully! - I think the second hostess intervened, And for this (breakfast was not all of that), But at least there was pinapple slices my favorite, I got some eggs potatoes, turkey bacon, And I was good, - I even left a tip, for the hostess that came to our rescue, - I am a Vet, and I have discounts usually from my employer T-Mobile, the VA etc.. But I dont believe I was able to use those discounts this time, so we paid cash, and stayed 4 days 3 nights. - So, I like the location of the hotel, we have an annual seminar there, and this was the first time we had been treated like second class citizens! - This I did not appreciate!

We went for a chorus vocal fest. The rooms were ready when we arrived. Each one had a refrigerator as we requested. There was also a coffee maker with supplies. And we were able to get more whenever we asked the housekeeper. The staff did a wonderful job. Our rooms were nice and clean when we returned from our days activities. My only issue was the lack of towel racks. The door was the only place and the towel kept slipping off. Why not put a towel rack by the sink so it's handy after washing?

Solid hotel with good amenities and food options. Hotel has spacious grounds which are perfect for weddings and walks. Food availability is in line with other Marriott hotels of a similar tier. Rooms are clean and the hotel functions well for business or for events. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. Bar food and cocktails were overpriced food mediocre. Breakfast buffet was very good. Went to the gym and sat in the hot tub both were clean and enjoyable. Did not like housekeeping knocking at the door to clean our room at 10 AM! Why? Come after checkout!!

Outside is incredible! It looks like a Castle. Inside, not so incredible. Lobby is “normal” (definitely not Medieval themed). Rooms are clean and well kept. Bathroom looks old and toiletries feel cheap. It looks and feels like a bathroom at Hampton Inn. With my expectations of staying in a Sheraton for around $200 a night (Sep 2023), it fell short.

The hotel is beautiful like a castle however I was a little disappointed that they did not have coffee and tea available In their lobby even though when we called and as they said they did but not during breakfast hours. It seems like such a little thing but when you're away nothing is quite as soothing as a nice cup of tea or a jolt coffee. The rooms were clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located off the highway.
