We were actively walking to the door from our car at 9:57pm and the employee made eye contact with us and proceeded to lock the doors and turn off the light. It's apparent that the employees here are unconcerned with providing adequate customer service. I won't attempt to patronize this business again - regardless of the time of day.

Ordered a cake for my daughters 5th Birthday 5 days early paid online and when I went there to pickup they had no cake nothing made, had order confirmation email stating date and time. Issued me a refund said they would have it ready in the morning, come back the day after my daughters bday for the cake she picked out that was promised the day before and had to pay for it again. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CAKELESS ON YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY EVEN THO YOU PAID AND ORDERED IN ADVANCE.

There is a Dunking Donuts/Baskin Robbins near my house. It used to be good but many people who met there for coffee..ice cream ..donuts and visiting with friends on the patio in the summer and inside in the winter . Those prople..Including myself .. have stopped going there mainly because of the management who has made changes in the hours and how the place is run. Now I here they are not going to have doughnuts pretty soon. So what will they call it ? Hmmm A while back there was a robbery during a doughnut delivery .... by gunpoint that looked very much like an inside job.
