Info-screen is making missanderstanding, because showing only 5 ready orders. Was waiting for 30 mins while my order was ready as it is not showing my order number on screen. Then worker was speaking with us so “not friendly”.. don’t know what exactly, as I don’t understand italian language.. just based on she’s intonation…

Always dirty tables and we needs to ask them to clean apart from that food is fine

Was really busy between 19.00h -19.30h. The drive was more than full and all the seats outside were taken. The order took around 10 minutes to process. The fries were already cold, if they were warm it would be 4 stars.
