Pies And Quiches

OMG! This place is the best! So we decided to pass by “Pies and Quiches” this past weekend, because I have been hearing soo much about it, and I will have to say, it was the best decision we made! We ordered their Asiago Quiche, Lemon chess pie, and two scones to go. Quiches has always been a hit or miss with me, but I have to admit this was the best I have ever had! The taste was consistent throughout and the crust just melts in your mouth. Their lemon chess pie was full of flavor and extremely fresh. Even during the cold weather, I felt a hint of spring and summer with every bite. Even their scones were amazing. Everything we had was just soo fresh and awesome! The store owner and baker Karen was nothing short than amazing herself. She was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered her bakery. If you plan on ordering anything large or specific, just make sure to give Karen a call ahead of time so she can make sure it is ready by the time you plan on picking it up. I highly recommend checking this place out regardless of where you are located, you won’t regret it!

We found this place about a month ago and I wish I didn't. The pies and quiches are insanely good. We always pick up pies from here before going to any party/housewarming/visit etc. Get the chocolate silk or the carrot cake, you'll thank me. We had a chance to talk to the owner the first time we were there and she couldn't have been nicer. Well worth every penny you would spend here. One day I may actually try the quiches.
