This ice cream explodes with flavor. The apple pie a la mode 🍎 was incredible and the cheesecake ice cream was like eating actual cheesecake. Truly fantastic.

Really nice. I tipped $9 first time because they were really nice to me and gave me a big cup so my gummy bears wouldn't fall out. There reaction to the $9 tip was priceless so i went back got the same thing and tip $20 and it was the same girl the both times. Reaction was amazing.

Open late and the worker was very nice. My ice cream wasn't the best though and melted immediately. Decent.

Best ice cream with the nicest service! First time we came (recommended by a friend) here we hadn't realized they were cash only. Owner (I believe) was manning the window and saw our realization - he said to us, don't worry about it bring the money next time you're around. He had never seen us before and happily trusted us to pay him (for 5 ice creams!) later on. We went to the ATM down the road right after and got the cash. The ice cream is delicious! We drive about 30 minutes on the weekends to come have this ice cream. The service is super, the location is nice with benches to sit or shade to park under and eat your ice cream out of your trunk. We've been back and served by young high schoolers who were super sweet. So nice to see they hire kids in the summer who have the same great attitude as the owners. Called last weekend on a Saturday about same day ice cream cakes. Owner answered and was so nice. Decorated two cakes for us on short notice and then packed them into the car for me. Such great service, such nice people and THE BEST ice cream around. Wish more places still operated like this! Bravo Uncle Louie G Park Ridge!

Plethora of choices for any frozen treat enthusiast. Large selection of both ice cream and Italian ices with bold flavor and color. Outdoor seating reminscient of traditional seating near the shore. Nostalgic abode offers friendly atmosphere with curtious staff. Cash only. Would recommend.
