Caribou coffee in Park Rapids is so frustrating, sometimes it’s great, often it’s not. Today the service was slow, servers were rude and not helpful, they refused to add a shot of espresso to one of my drinks and charged me twice as much today as for the same order yesterday at the same time. They made 5 other orders that came after me before making mine. When I pointed this out as well as the overcharge the server just shrugged. The gals and I from work order here a lot and we are fed up. The competition gets our business from now on. We always get better, more consistent service at Cup of Joes or Espresso 34!

Warning! They do not close at 7 like their website and all their ads say. Apparently they close at 6:50. So if you are there at 6:54 they will be really rude to you if you ask for a drink. I would not Recommend them at all!

Best coffee ever! I came at happy hour and it was half off all drinks. The barista that served me was so kind, she had wonderful energy and was super knowledgeable about their menu. Recommended the Campfire Mocha. So good!!

My family has a lake cabin outside of Park Rapids and when we go up there we always make it a priority to come here for some coffee. It's sort of a tradition. Amazing coffee and amazing memories! The last time I saw my grandpa before he passed away was at this Caribou.❤

They're always closing early especially during happy hour. Got here at 6:01 and they refuse as "she has her kids behind the counter" which is Highly unprofessional and this happens all the time.
