I’m a frequent visitor to this coffee stop and have always been happy with the coffee and service. The Blondie and White Panther are two of my all-time favorites, but everything I’ve tried has been really great. As other reviewers noted, the pricing is on par with other chain coffee shops, but the service is definitely a notch above. The baristas are so friendly on each visit, it makes even an introvert like me feel chattier than normal. Occasionally there is a short wait if you visit during peak times, but they serve vehicles from either drive thru side and try to make orders as quickly as possible to limit the wait times. This is my go-to coffee spot in Park Rapids.

Terrible service! I get coffee frequently and I’ve never been treated the way I was at this place. I ordered my daughter a coffee and it was made wrong, I may have ordered wrong however I felt rushed when ordering as the girl seemed super annoyed. When I told them I wanted it iced, she told me I have to buy a new one. I told her to forget it. The other girl working told me that “if I’m not happy with my order I never have to come back” and she slammed the window on me and walked away!!! I guarantee I will never be back and I will be sure to tell Friends and family that live there to never go there either!!
