Outstanding food, great space and very friendly staff. I have been to many great Mexican restaurants all over the country. This is clearly one of the best.
Service was impeccable. Staff was also friendly, enjoyed the food, too. We sat upstairs on the outside patio. Great view of the town, and an opportunity to people watch.
Food was awesome, service not so much. They were very understaffed, so that's why I only took one star off, but it would be much better it they had more workers.
Salsa bar is awesome, but the food is pretty pricey for what you get. Also the drinks are quite expensive. I like the restaurant overall but I expect a little higher quality food for the amount and pay.
Other reviews are true, service isn't great and it's slow. But the food is great! The tomato and avocado enchiladas on the vegetarian menu were yummy! Our entire table of 8 people enjoyed our food. They had hiring signs in the window, and we noticed there were only 2 servers covering the entire large dining area we were seated in. So I think the slow service should be fixed soon! Great atmosphere, pretty good food, hopefully faster service when you go!
Loved this restaurant! The food was good and our service was Excellent. We liked the atmosphere and chose it because of the balcony seating available. It was clean and well maintained. They waited on us quickly and filled our every need. I really enjoyed the salsa bar, and the Mole I had was so yummy with my grilled shrimp. I will definitely eat here every time I'm in Park City!
Awesome food. Had the seafood enchilada. Wife had the seafood chimi. Haven't had it any better anywhere. Seated within minutes. Drinks served a couple minutes later. Food came out fast and enjoyed the balcony seating on old main street from the second level above street level. Temperature that day and sitting in the shade looking at the mountainside was great. Would recommend to anyone. Gave it a four and not a five because they were perfect with everything. I had to ask for ice for my water twice, but the water provided was already cold, I just wanted more ice. All in all nothing solid to complain about. Go and enjoy.
Great food, great service, salsa bar needs help, but all in all, it's a very good place to eat.
Had an awesome experience! I've been to many restaurants in Park City and this one is by far our favorite. The location is super cool and well kept. The hostess was very nice and fun. I was surprised with how awesome the service was! I'm not sure if this is normal but they gave our group some delicious nachos on the house that were to die for. THE FOOD WAS GREAT!! The tamales are incredibly authentic and fresh, it felt like I was at my abuelas house on Christmas day. Definitely going back to Blue Iguana.
We loved the location, the food, the atmosphere and the salsa bar. All that was great. The service was subpar. Our waiter did 2 things: took our order and acted as cashier at the end of the meal. Everything else was done by someone different. If service became better, I would give 5 stars.
The only reason I give only 4 stars was the waitress we had must have been quite new.
Other than that, I personally feel the previous reviews to be trolls or someone who had a bad day themselves.
The food was wonderful and as close to something I would find in Mexico as any restaurant I have found in Utah. Great managers after I asked that our waitress simply learn a little more, I was comped dessert and promise an appetizer next time i returned which I most certainly will.
Beautiful design, great appropriate music, salsa was REAL salsa.
Only negative on food would the tortillas are bought. Too bad.
The food was great. The service, however, was very slow. It took probably half an hour or more for us to get our food. The view from the deck was great so the wait wasn't as noticeable during our stay, but when visiting afterwards we realized how long we actually spent waiting.
