What food was available was really good. We did the BBQ buffet and the food availability was fair. We got there an hour before close and they weren't replenishing it so a few items were disappearing resulting in limited selection. Food was hot and well seasoned. Mashed potatoes were a miss, but everything else was good. Service was good and friendly. The hostess was very friendly and hardworking. Despite having a fair amount of items on the menu, they were only serving three due to staffing shortages. Prices were as expected for a pricey lodge. Beautiful property with stunning views in an elegant setting.
The food here is great but the price is as expected being the only place to get food up on the big Ol’ mountain. There is plenty of variety and the atmosphere is great. The servers are fast and friendly and I would recommend the food. The best part is the view that comes along with the meal. Amongst the top in the state. If you come to visit this beautiful place, I would definitely stop by here.

You simply cannot beat the view and the atmosphere at The Lodge at Mount Magazine and the Skycrest Restaurant! The food was good -- a rather minimalist salad bar, to which we ordered one trip, and we had grilled chicken tenders, sauteed green beans, and a baked potato. They do have a food bar available or a small menu from which to order. I just loved sitting in the restaurant over the 30-45 minutes leading up to sundown. Beautiful! And our server was such a nice young man-- a hard worker indeed!

The staff was great. So friendly. The facility is beautiful and the views can't be beat. The burger is great and my daughter loved her Ruben. Prices on the pizza were a little high ($26 for the one size they offer, about the same size as a standard large pizza) but it was very, very, very good. It's loaded with toppings and covered in ooey gooey cheese. We love coming up here to eat, you should definitely give it a try!
The food was moderately priced I actually expected higher prices was quite surprised. they had beer specials, a good selection on the menu and a lot of homemade items. I was really happy with my dinner I enjoyed it completely the staff was helpful friendly and on time. gave great recommendations in the area were very knowledgeable and just made my dining experience quite fun. Definitely would eat here again not to mention the view was pretty amazing.
I was a little skeptical at first, but the food actually was good. The staff was amazing and friendly. If you get to sit by a window the view is amazing.
We ate here for Mother’s Day and they had a buffet. The total bill cost $70 and the food was definitely not worth that much. Everything was ok, but not fantastic. However you are paying for the location and not top quality food. Service was good.
