Huddle House

Very good food! We had to wait a bit for our breakfast because they were short on cooks, but the experience was still a good one. You get plenty of food for your money, and it's always cooked just right. If you use the coupons from the mail, it's very inexpensive, in fact it's cheaper than cooking at home! This is our favorite place for breakfast in the area.

Very rude staff and the table we sat at was dirty. There was very few people in the restaurant and there was 5 of us in a group with 4 of them being kids and we got a chair so that all 5 of us had a seat. One person just came over and said you can't do that, put the chair back. Another person said one of the kids could sit at another table by themselves and said it's the rules. I haven't gone there in years because the last time we went it was dirty, I will not go back again because it was perfectly okay to sit a kid at a different table because it's policy. There's better places to eat in town then this.

Went on lunch, my wife was in her work vest and we waited for a little over an hour. The waiter knew who we were and still made no effort to let us know that the food was going to take a long time. We ended up having to leave to go back to work after a little over an hour and when we told the waiter to cancel our order she told us that the food hasn't even been started yet. Worst service I have ever gotten.

We visited this location on June 19, 2022. As we walked to an empty booth, an employee named Mindy shouted at us to remain at the door until someone seated us. We were seated and the Mindy approached our table as our server. They were busy, but she was quite possibly the rudest server I’ve ever had. She loudly told the table behind us “it’s not like I’m busy or anything” when they asked for something. I’ve never not tipped a server in my life and usually tip 25-30% or more, but she made our entire breakfast visit miserable. I know restaurants are struggling to find help these days, so we try to be extra understanding with long wait times for seating or food, but this Huddle House would be better off without Mindy.
